Special Town Board Meeting Minutes – April 8, 2026

The special Town Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Ron Kutz at 6:30 pm.

Bids were opened for cold or hot mix wedging and paving of Schmidt Rd, bids were as follows:

Scott Construction, Inc – $327,120

Jefferson County Highway Dept. presented an estimate not a bid – $303,414.23,
23,000 was for shouldering, $280,414.23

Payne & Dolan – $253,171.50 + $2,512.50 millings area=$255,684

Wolf Paving – $304,251

PLM – $393,962

Bids were read and reviewed by all board members, all bids found to be the same.

On motion by Kutz, second by Foelker, the special Town Board meeting was unanimously adjourned at 6:49 pm.
