Minutes-January 12, 2026

The monthly meeting of the Hebron Town Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Ron Kutz. Supervisors Thorman and Foelker, Clerk Diestelmann, Treasurer Diestelmann were present.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
December 8, 2025 meeting minutes were read and unanimously approved on motion by Thorman, second by Foelker.

The treasurer presented her December 2025 report: checking $100, general account $111,004.93 ; tax account $506,592.28; grand total $617,697.21. On motion by Thorman, second by Foelker, the report was unanimously accepted.

Public input-Sheriff J. Danner was present for any concerns to be addressed, none were voiced.
There will be no Street dance in 2026, it is postponed until 2027.
Northwest will proceed with 5year tree work on Wenham Rd and Schmidt Rd to Hwy 106 to Y
Public concerns of construction traffic for the campground, since it is not a road no road signs can be put up. Randy will take pictures of Museum Road for future use if need be for damage.

Request to combine lots, to create 1-2 acre parcel, existing R-2 zone for future condominiums Scott & Elsie Blasing unanimously approved on motion by Foelker, second by Thorman.

Jim Hack-Walking at the Community Center for Hebron residents was unanimously approved on motion by Foelker, second by Thorman.

Clean Sweep Contribution of $200.00 was unanimously approved on motion by Foelker, second by Thorman.

Cemetery report- Matt Foelker had inquiry on 2 spaces with headstones

Center report-Randy Thorman church left doors unlocked due to 2 events and poor communication. Request use of the center for Sherry’s birthday. On motion by Foelker and second by Kutz the center can be used at no charge for this event.

District meeting at 841 Brewhaus on March 13,2026. Kutz, Foelker and Clerk Diestelmann will attend.

Invoices were reviewed, checks #12359-12370 and #12375-12378 in the amount of $1,071,925.27 were unanimously approved for payment on motion by Foelker, second by Thorman.
