Minutes-June 8, 2026

The monthly meeting of the Hebron Town Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Ron Kutz. Supervisors Thorman and Foelker, Clerk Diestelmann, Treasurer Diestelmann were present.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Minutes of the May 11, 2026 meeting were read and unanimously approved on motion by Thorman, second by Foelker.

The treasurer presented her May 2026 report: checking $100, general account $78,104.95 ; tax account $105,629.40; grand total $183,834.35. On motion by Foelker, second by Thorman, the report was unanimously accepted.

Public input-Chief Peterson reported several incidents in the area recently, MOE report will be sent to clerk by next week. They offer a community outreach program for elderly falls and open wounds, we could host classes if interested.
Northwest services reported culverts on Koch and Mehring Roads need replacement and provided an estimate for work. Mowing will begin after Father’s day
Culvert estimate document was signed by Ron Kutz and unanimously approved on motion by Foelker, second by Thorman

Grace Foelker-Liquor License was approved unanimously on motion by Foelker, second by Thorman.
Grace Foelker-Operators License Joseph Mullen, Russell Toeller, Jessica Odegaard, Katie Mead were approved unanimously on motion by Thorman, second by Foelker.

Pete Foelker-Liquor License was approved unanimously on motion by Thorman, second by Foelker.
Pete Foelker-Operator License Jessica Castillo, Tawny Stewart, Casi Davis, Sadie Sanovich, Kayla Reberger, Kayla Kock, Kelli Laurin, Chris Witkins, Stacy Broyer, Ryan Scholz and Taylor Miles were approved unanimously on motion by Thorman, second by Foelker.

Jerry Carnes Fireworks permit for July 3, 2026 with the stipulation that if a burn ban is in place it will be revoked were approved unanimously on motion by Thorman, second by Foelker.

Discussed Town Website-Town Web was a yearly cost of $1500. Superior Lighthouse would be a monthly cost of $30 a month. The board unanimously approved on motion by Thorman, second by Foelker to go with Superior Lighthouse

Cemetery report- Matt Foelker had a double site he quoted $1000 for.

Center report-Randy Thorman stated a light in the board room was coming loose from the ceiling and needed repair. Also, discussed cold patch of well.

BER Lawncare provided Price increase list for 2026, document was signed by Ron Kutz and unanimously approved on motion by Thorman, second by Foelker

Invoices were reviewed, checks numbered 12453 through 12461 in the amount of $22,030.72 were unanimously approved for payment on motion by Foelker, second by Thorman.

The meeting was unanimously adjourned at 7:55 p.m. on motion by Kutz, second by Thorman.
